This site I found had a great deal great information on herbal teas and was really helpful. Being that its so hard to find information I thought this would help

Christine - I am Cyndee Everman, and I am a VP in the Corporate IT department of Time Warner Cable in Charlotte, NC. I read your story with great interest, for several reasons. First and foremost, it pains me to hear stories of customer dissatisfaction - but is always nice to hear one with a happy ending - so thank you for sharing. It is also interesting to see how social media is impacting the way we serve our customers.

However, as a Woman in Technology, I was also interested in learning more about your Girls in Tech organization. I am the immediate past president of the Women in Cable Telecommunications here in the Carolinas, and each year we sponsor a "Tech it Out" event targeted at young women. Wondered if there is a Carolinas chapter of Girls in Tech, and if so, if they might be interested in partnering with us on a future event? I will look at your website to see what I can learn.

Again, thank you for sharing your Time Warner Cable experience. I am sorry we frustrated you - but hopefully, things will be smooth from here on out!

I think this game is one of the best pc games I have playd so far. It is because of the smooth graphics. But unfortunaly nothing beats CoD Modern Warfare 2 on playstation, so I am returning to the consol now ^^ In some days my brother will borrow me this game once more, so maybe I will return to my pc then :)

[...] Take for example Time Warner Cable. They had a very angry customer (Christine Kirk). She is working from home and had very bad internet connection. After many attempt with he customer service, nothing was being solved and it didn’t look like they cared much. When she starting complaining on Twitter (@luxuryprgal), she got immediate answers from multiple department at TWC and her problem was solved the next day. (read more about this story here).
Christine,

I'm really glad we were able to surprise you, delight you, and most importantly -- turn your experience around and get you running again. This is a feel-good moment for all of us, as we are just getting the Online Care Team up off the ground.

I'm in TWC PR and on Twitter too: @jeffTWC

I'm currently in Austin at the SXSWi conference -- was planning to come by the Girls in Tech happy hour. Will you be there -- would love to shake your hand in person.

Thanks again,

Jeff Simmermon

Great story! I love these kind of articles, based on your own experience. I have seen both ways were companies damaged themselves with social media, or company who saved their @ss like WTC.

Thanks for sharing this article. I will share it on twitter and write a little blog post about it.
